  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Gift cards or giveaways


🔁 How to Return an Item

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


💸 Refund Details

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
